[wp-docs] Screencasts and Videos

I'm trying to get a loan of Michael Pick (who does the launch videos) to 
do a bunch of short screencasts we could use in help tabs and/or 
documentation as we start to plan the next iteration of wordpress.org. 
If we do videos I'd like for them to be as consistent as possible.
