[wp-docs] Screencasts and Videos

I continue to be approached by good people in video production and
screencasts about helping to add these to the Codex. I think the time to
bring this discussion up is here again as the interface is staying fairly
stable, making these efforts last longer. I've talked to these people and
they are willing to volunteer their time with no "credit" just giving back
as we all do. They are hard to find, but they are out there and willing to
help.

With the changes in bandwidth, screen resolution, and tech, let's take
another group discussion look at how we can integrate these into the Codex.
Thoughts?
