 Currently we have force_ssl_[admin, login].

 Propose to add [force_ssl_content] as well.

 force_ssl_content will be used for a new filter.

 Filter will take in a url and string replace the http protocol with https.
 Please see all relevant files.

 A few members from Buddypress.org and I are trying to get SSL integrated
 smoothly across the entire stack.  A step in the right direction at the
 very least.

 Relevant patches attached.
