 Thinking about things, the first patch ({{{833.patch}}}) probably won't
 work when trying to create global tables such as wp_users (because the
 blog id isn't in the table name/prefix).

 The second patch ({{{maybe_create_table_reworked.patch}}}) changes the
 logic of the {{{maybe_create_table()}}} function so it is no longer
 necessary to loop over all table names.
