 In wp-admin/edit-tag-form.php, there is a form field for the slug which
 makes it appear that you can change the tag slug. Functionality for
 modifying the slugs was removed as evidence by a filter in mu.php,
 therefore the formfield just needs removed. I would also like to know why
 editing taxonomy slugs is not allowed or what are the security
 implications.
