 Currently plug-ins in wp-content/mu-plugins can not be enabled if in
 subfolders.

 Like: if I put a plug-in in wp-content/mu-plugins/testo-plugin/testo-
 plugin.php
 This plug-in will not work.

 But plug-ins in wp-content/plugins can be enabled if in subfolders.

 There is a plugin can fix this problem:

 But it should be nicer if we can change it in the core code.
