 When adding a new blog account using Windows Live Writer, the following
 error occurs:

 Blog Server Error - Server Error -32601 Occurred
 server error. requested method wp.getUsersBlogs does not exist.
 You must correct this error before proceeding.
 }}}

 This is on WPMU 1.5.1 with subdomains. Others are having the same issue
 with discussion on this thread:
