 As someone who still gets added to blogs over in wp.com land willy nilly,
 I would like to make the suggestion that a confirmation email be sent out
 when one gets added to a blog.  Granted an email address is required to
 add a user in but 1) if that email address is known, it's two seconds to
 get added in without permission and 2) users can't remove themselves from
 a blog so they're stuck. (At least I never could over at wp.com)
