 When a new blog is created via signup or mu install, a line is recorded in
 the error_log within the root of the install.

 No record is generated when a blog is created via the /wp-admin/wpmu-
 blogs.php page.

 For completion, I feel a record should be generated no matter now a blog
 is created.  Adding in username may also be something to consider.
