 after assigning capabilities to the admin using a plugin.  I tried to
 update plugins on the plugin page like with 2.6.5.
 unfortunately, after updating one plugin and clicking to return to the
 plugin page, the options disappear even though there are more plugins to
 update.

 The plugin menu still shows the number of plugins to be updated with a
 number.
 I tried the beta on several sites with the same result. 1 plugin updates
 and then the options disappear from the plugin page.
