 In the "Add users from community" form (users.php) there is a new wrinkle
 in 2.6 that confused me for a few minutes.

 Not realizing an email invite/confirmation had been sent to users I added,
 I tried again, and again, and again. Now I realize I've sent quite a few
 spammy invites to several random users.

 Firstly, can the wording on the add users form be changed to indicate that
 an invitation email has been sent?

 Secondly, can a list be added displaying users who have been sent an
 invitation(with an "awaiting moderation" kind of label)?

 Thirdly, can there be a check to see if a message has been sent, then send
 no more(to stop the absent-minded and persistent - "Slow down cowboy" kind
 of thingy)?

 Fourthly, can there be an override for siteadmins so users can be assigned
 to blogs without needing an email confirmation?

 Finally, can a hook/filter be added to turn off the email requirement but
 still enabling ability to add users as in older versions.
