 My message with Wiki Formatting !

 * Normalize title
 * Use JS confirmation for blogs actions
 * Fix HTML to XHTML Transitional
 * Remove unused functions
 * Move users function in wpmu-edit.php
 * Reorganize Blogs and Users list.
 * Lot's of minor fixes (addslahes)
 * Alerts messages are personnalized (not "Options updated" for all
 actions...")
 * Improve confirmation message, using same desing as wp_die

 I think these changes are essential if we want WordPress? Mu become more
 professional!
