 Bigs change's in WPmu admin.

 Normalize title
 Use JS confirmation for blogs actions
 Fix HTML to XHTML Transitional
 Remove unused functions
 Move users function in wpmu-edit.php
 Reorganize Blogs and Users list.
 Lot's of minor fixes (addslahes)
 Alerts messages are personnalized (not "Options updated" for all
 actions...")
 Improve confirmation message, using same desing as wp_die

 I think these changes are essential if we want WordPress Mu become more
 professional!
