 It appears that upon wpmu install, some of the wp_1_options records are
 being duped during installation.  Do note that this is for blog 1 and not
 for the other blogs.

 using [1012].

 Probably related to the previous issue we had with the duped wp_#_options
 records.  Just in this case, it's blog 1 only.
