 Folks appear to still be misunderstanding was 'Server Address' means.
 We've had a number of threads where folks have added in the 'index.php'
 bit to the Server Address during setup. (It's a regular WP issue on
 occasion as well.)

 We may want to add it mention of not including 'index.php' to the Server
 Address within line 265 of the /index-install.php file.

 Granted it's not a Server Address but it appears some folks seem to think
 it may be.
