[wp-xmlrpc] Stripping brackets problem with XML-RPC

For those who might not have seen the latest on this, the bracket  
stripping problem has been fixed with the releases of PHP 5.2.9 and  
libxml2 2.7.3.  You need to upgrade both and make sure that your PHP  
5.2.9 build is using libxml2 2.7.3 (not an older version) in order to  
get things working again.

There a few shared hosts out there that are running known broken  
versions of PHP/libxml2, so I'm trying to these folks to upgrade.
