[wp-xmlrpc] AtomPub updated in WordPress 2.3

The first beta of WordPress 2.3 is out:

Although not mentioned, this beta also includes updated AtomPub  
support from Peter Lacey and Sam Ruby:

So if you are interested in AtomPub support in WordPress here is your  
chance to test it out.  And of course, check on any XML-RPC issues :-)
