[wp-ui] First steps

[Mike Little]

Hi folks,

My name is Mike Little and, along with Matt Mullenweg, I co-founded
WordPress way back in 2003.

I have 25 years software development experience, and have been doing web
stuff since 1994. I currently run my own web development company
specialising in WordPress (no surprises).

I am passionate about web standards, accessibility, and UX.

I would like to offer to do some accessibility evaluation and help with
practical advice where I can.
