[wp-ui] First steps

Hello,

My name is Alex Koti, I live in Sao Paulo, Brazil (UTC-3), and Im freelancer
front end developer.

I use Wordpress as a CMS for several projects, creating plugins and options
pages. A big concern of mine is to let the admin of WordPress is well
understood by people who will do just simple tasks or are not intimate with
the admin elements. Another interest is to provide a more comprehensive
visual pattern of form elements[design and code], which can be reused in
plugins, widgets, meta boxes and options pages.
