 Following the discussion here about removing the “Howdy” greeting from the
 admin bar, I opened a small PR in the Gutenberg dashboard experiment that
 introduces the greeting to the page title. Take a look:
 https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/78740. This feels like a more
 natural location to me, and opens up some space in the admin bar.

 Pending the outcome of that PR, maybe it's a change we could make in the
 existing Dashboard as a part of this work.
