 hi @nvkc, welcome to WordPress Core Trac!

 As the rounded corners are intentional, I think that piece of this issue
 is something that could be closed as `worksforme`. The " The rounded
 corners also get weirdly stuck when scrolling." piece though seems like a
 legit bug, but one that actually needs to be reported in the gutenberg
 repository. Can you please
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/new/choose report that
 issue there]? Once that has been done, this can be closed as reported-
 upstream
