 Thanks for the report, but I believe this is the intended design. The
 rounded corners are explicitly applied
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/blob/d481fba0b2ee751672389c7d3bd3fed6f540016d/packages/boot/src/components/root/style.scss#L114
 here]. This is also the case for Appearance > Fonts, which is based on the
 same boot package.
