 @wildworks Thanks for the clarification.

 What I’m observing is that when searching in the Command Palette, tags are
 not matched as expected.

 For example:
 - If I search for categories, the result is matched accurately.
 - But if I search for tags, the result is either not shown or does not
 match correctly.

 So even though categories and tags are structured similarly, the search
 behavior for tags appears inconsistent.
