Comment:

 Given that an entire new external library was introduced during the 7.0
 release cycle (PHP AI SDK) along with the usual additions that come with
 new features, I am going to suggest we close this out.

 This is a roughly 20% increase in package size, but I don't know that
 we'll get this to be any smaller given what has been added to the release.
 Does anyone feel strongly against closing this?
