 I have another update here. After [62103], an
 [https://github.com/WordPress/WordPress/commit/9f9458da6fb5818456bf800daaa1118cedc53fab
 additional 661 files have been removed] from the package that were being
 included twice resulting in a net -944KB difference.

 The size of the RC1 package is 29.8MB.
