 Maybe @youknowriad can correct me if I'm wrong, but we don't use these
 packages anymore, so these mentions can be removed? It's pretty much the
 state we were in before the first version of Gutenberg landed in core with
 packages, and we directly include and build scripts. Perhaps instead we
 can point to the current commit hash and the relevant Gutenberg branch
 that was used (wp/x.x), if that's useful at all.
