 On the helphub pages for each version, the packages and their current
 version is listed. See: https://wordpress.org/documentation/wordpress-
 version/version-6-9-1/#list-of-packages-revised

 This data has historically come from package.json and a diff can be done
 with the last released version to see what has changed.  How can this data
 be generated from the new build process?
