 @audrasjb Thanks for double checking.

 `styles.css` is technically correct, but it doesn't explain the "why" in
 plain language I'd agree there.

 I can get a quick changeset up to update the comment for trunk if that
 helps. My instinct is to leave it for 7.0 though as a non-blocker.
