 As per today's bug scrub:

 @ramonopoly I think the first docblock of the changeset is not 100%
 correct:
 > Strips `style.css` attributes from all blocks in post content.
 Should be:
 > Strips custom CSS attributes from all blocks in post content.

 What do you think?
 Otherwise the rest of this changeset looks good to me.
