 ticket. Discussion on the PR was technical feedback.
 - Nobody approved your PR.
 - The change was committed 36 minutes after opening the ticket.

 Sorry @jorgefilipecosta but it is inappropriate to make this sort of
 change during RC, especially within such a short period of time and with
 no public discussion.

 If you want to facilitate plugins registering an entry on the Connectors
 screen when they're installed but not activate, then make a proper
 proposal and discussion instead of privately deciding that it's ok for
 Akismet to be inserted there. Please go ahead and revert [62193] pending
 further discussion. Thank you.
