Comment:

 Adding needs-dev-note due to the proposed upgrade of the cron array
 version.

 There's a few plugins I can think of that will need to adapt (Cron
 Control, Cavalcade, WP-Cron replaced by Action Scheduler [can't remember
 the name]).
