 If all of the text inside of a block (e.g. Paragraph or List Item) has a
 background highlight applied to it (from the block formatting menu) and
 then you try to "Edit as HTML" the "This block has encountered an error
 and cannot be previewed." error will come up. However, if you remove the
 Highlight then choose to "Edit as HTML" it works fine. This bug only seems
 to happen when the background highlight is applied, not the text highlight
 and it seems like it only happen when ''all'' of the copy has the
 background highlight, not just ''some'' of the text.
