 When you save a post or page, a small pop-up appears at the bottom left of
 the block editor with a link to view the post or page.

 I propose two improvements:

 1. It should appear at the bottom right, which is much more intuitive
 because the saving is done on the right side of the editor, and it is
 strange that this utility related to the last action appears on the
 opposite side.

 2. The link should open in a new browser tab by default instead of in the
 same tab, since it is only a save, not a publication, and the action
 inadvertently takes the editor out of the block editor.
