 I'm not convinced that this is the right test. AFAIK, calling playground
 with a PR, just patches the current version of PG with the files, hence it
 will appear logically there.

 I've added a new `wp-update.zip`, I have faked it to version 6.8.2, so
 it's a final release technically now.

 But still the plugin doesnt appear.
