In fact, I don't really understand why the Count column makes sense at
all. I see this as a bug: Count should be straightly associated to the
combination of post_type of the view (i.e., Taxonomies for the given CPT),
and the number of posts in such post_type with the taxonomy associated.
Despite this is not hard-coded, logically-wise taxonomy and post-type
should be almost an index pair.

From my standpoint, I can't understand what it is the usefulness of the
"Count" column (specially when there is technically no `posts` view when
you can just filter by Taxonomy).
If not agreement is found, I suggest raising this in the next `<dev-
chat>`. Don't remove `2nd-opinion`/`needs-design-feedback` workflow
keywords until there is some sort of consensus.
