- Patch tests provided by @sukhendu2002 look good, but they are testing
things that are redundant (already being covered). I'm providing a new PR
that aims to focus on this ticket report, taking his code as baseline
- @audrasjb @jorbin, 15 years later, [https://github.com/WordPress
/wordpress-develop/pull/8814 this patch] appears to be ready to go into
next 6.8.2
