 Hey Everyone,

I have just taken a quick look over this ticket, and given the advent and
evolution of the Block Editor and Site Editor, the original scope of this
ticket – adding a preview button to the classic taxonomy editing screen –
falls out the current scope. The Site Editor now offers a robust way to
preview taxonomy templates, which addresses the broader need for frontend
representation. Implementing a standalone 'preview' for individual term
data in the classic editor does not feel aligned with current development
focus and would not provide a meaningful preview experience in the modern
 WordPress context.

Therefore, I feel like this ticket will be closed as `wontfix`, as its
functionality is either superseded or better handled within the Block
Editor/Site Editor ecosystem. However I have added the `close` tag at this
stage, so we can further the conversation and see if there are other
 opinions around this. 😃
