the long-tail of updates to any upstream fixes which might get merged.
Ok, I got you. I've added a failover in case this is not sorted on time.
If this gets merged, I will make sure that it gets deleted on the same
patch as the PHPMailer next update.
@jorbin I was thinking of creating a separate ticket that closes this one,
because if it's a PHPMailer update, it will belong to the `External
Libraries` component.
