 Good info. I still need to test with Qmail as you are using there.

 But I need to test both scenarios (with and without). Still I have the
 feeling, that noone is going to be willing to take the risk of the
 regression that maybe could affect millions of webs?.

 I hope I can provide enough tests for someone to take the risk safely.
