 - PHP 7.2 usage is `2.77%` Including versions abandoned in the previous
 bump in WP6.6 (PHP 7.0-7.2): `%4.59`.
 - PHP 7.3 usage is `3.28%`. (PHP 7.2 + 7.3 = `6.05%`).
 - PHP 7.4 is at `32.83%`. On WP6.6 Release Day,

 `39.63%`]].
