 Did you download from the link I put in the ticket?

 1. Downloaded from the link
 2. Uploaded to cpanel
 3. Used cpanel to extract the .zip
 4. Moved the files back in to the root of public_html
 5. Ran the WP installer

 Once installed, installed some plugins, once they installed OK, twice they
 had errors on install, but each time trying to open Elementor it wouldn't
 open. Tried other plugins, they also failed to open properly.

 As I tried a lot of things and didn't write down the steps, I can't 100%
 guarantee that I redownloaded from the link, though I'm pretty sure I did,
 so that I would have had 2 separate downloads in case one was corrupt.

 As mentioned, 6.7.1 installed fine and upgrading to 6.7.2 worked fine,
 just the fresh install of 6.7.2 failed.
