 Hi,

 Using the download link https://en-au.wordpress.org/latest-en_AU.zip

 I have done a fresh install three times and wordpress-6.7.2.zip has failed
 each time.

 I have installed from 6.7.1 and upgraded to 6.7.2 and so far it seems to
 be fine, so the issue seems to be with the installer.

 First issue I noticed, the pwd strength checker does not work.

 PHP 8.1 or 8.3
 cPanel on linux

 Please note, this has not been extensively tested, but you can do a quick
 test and if the pwd strength checker does not work, it's likely the whole
 install will not.
