 Active Plugins:
 Classic Editor 1.6.5
 Actual Results
 With Classic Editor active for the post:

 ✅ When we are checking the "Uncategorized" category it does not
 automatically check categories with IDs beginning with 1.
 ✅ Also, with categories whose IDs begin with 1 checked, unchecking the
 "Uncategorized" category does not automatically uncheck them.
