 It looks like the JavaScript error is due to an issue in the load-
 scripts.php file, where the addAfter function is trying to access an
 undefined property. This could be related to caching issues. Try clearing
 your browser cache or switching browsers to see if the issue persists.
 Additionally, deactivate any plugins that might interfere, even default
 ones, as they could still conflict with core scripts.
