 It seems like you've encountered an issue with your website's Google
 Search Console where some of your submitted URLs were flagged with
 "noindex" tags. You've already taken corrective action by removing the
 "noindex" tag from three affected pages but noticed that the sitemap.xml
 page still has the tag.

 Firstly, well done on promptly addressing the issue by removing the
 "noindex" tag from the impacted pages. As for the sitemap issue, let's
 tackle that.

 Recheck your sitemap settings: Even though you've unchecked the "Include
 sitemap in HTML format" box, it seems that the sitemap.html page is still
 accessible. Double-check your website's settings to ensure that the
 sitemap.html generation is indeed turned
