 I've been waiting for some more feedback to come in before making any
 changes to avoid too much turnover — my plan was to make a PR tomorrow
 morning US-time with all the content changes here.

 I think the accessibility link will be changed to
 [https://make.wordpress.org/core/2022/10/11/wordpress-6-1-accessibility-
 improvements/ the make post], so that wouldn't be translated.
