 Rosetta website, i.e in [https://fr.wordpress.org/about/accessibility/

 - `https://wordpress.org/plugins/performance-lab/`: this also exists on
 each locale, i.e. in [https://fr.wordpress.org/plugins/performance-lab/
 fr_FR]
