 GitHub Actions has deprecated support for any actions using Node.js 12.x
 (see https://github.blog/changelog/2022-09-22-github-actions-all-actions-
 will-begin-running-on-node16-instead-of-node12).

 Any actions that are currently using this version of Node should be
 updated to a more recent version to prevent any issues when support is
 removed entirely.
