 Hi @jmwarnold

 The issue with the masonry gallery style will be because the Dorsey theme
 has not been updated to support the new Gallery block format in 5.9. The
 theme authors were notified about the changes that would be needed prior
 to 5.9 being released here https://make.wordpress.org/core/2021/08/20
 /gallery-block-refactor-dev-note/.

 The best option to get this resolved would be to report this to Minimal
 and ask them if they have an update available to fix this.

 The issue with sorting the images in the media library dialog will be
 fixed in 5.9.1, in the meantime, you should be able to reorder the images
 once the Gallery is inserted in the post:
