 The `wp-tinymce.js` is there mostly for completeness. That's the
 uncompressed version of `wp-tinymce.js.gz`. It would speed up loading on
 browsers that don't support gzip compression (or the support is buggy) but
 I don't think there are any browsers currently in use that can run TinyMCE
 and don't support gzip.
